The Process

“But…how does this all work exactly?” – Is a question literally everyone would have, so I’ve broken the process down for you step by step:  

Exploration

  1. You reach out via my Contact Page or Free Assessment form and give a brief description of your needs.

  2. I’ll get back to you within 3 business days to schedule a call. The purpose of this call is to explore your needs, talk pricing, and see if we’re a good fit for working together.

  3. After the call, I’ll send you a finalized price quote, and you’ll reply back letting me know if we’re moving forward.

Creation

  1. Assuming we agree to work together, I’ll send you an invoice for a 25% deposit that describes the services to be rendered. Then I’ll get to work.

  2. We’ll kick off the project with one more phone call and/or an emailed questionnaire. The purpose of this step is to ensure I understand the full scope of the project and its goals.

  3. I’ll keep you informed throughout the writing process and will ask any follow-up questions as needed. I will deliver a draft within the agreed-upon time frame. 

  4. I’ll revise the work until you’re 110% satisfied. We can either discuss revisions over the phone, via email, or some combination thereof.

Close-Out

  1. I’ll deliver the finalized product and invoice you for the remainder of the payment, due within 30 days of receipt.

  2. You pay the invoice (and do the happy dance of doneness).
